Join us for a celebration of local food featuring live music, a silent auction, and a locally-sourced, expertly prepared meal.
Appalachian Fusion is the Appalachian Resource Conservation and Development Council's most important annual fundraiser. Through this farm to table dinner, the ARCD raises funds to support our important work.
This year, Appalachian Fusion will feature an Americana Harvest menu made from locally raised or grown goods. The menu was created by Chef Karla Grimaldi, who lends her rich culinary expertise to this highly anticipated event.
Ed Snodderly, veteran Americana singer-songwriter and nationally renowned musician, will delight your ears while you dine, and the silent auction will provide more opportunity for you to support local agriculture and conservation efforts.
